Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy describes how personal data of website users (the "Website") who submit a request through the contact form is processed and protected. The personal data operator is VelaIT (the "Operator"). The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" No. 94-V dated 21 May 2013.

2. What data we process

• your name and company name;
• phone number;
• number of sales representatives;
• the comment you enter in the form;
• technical data: page language, date and time of the request, a record of your consent and the version of this Policy at the time of consent;
• website visit data, if web analytics is enabled (see section 6).

3. Purposes of processing

• to contact you and respond to your request;
• to prepare a demo or a pilot project of Remote Mobile Trade;
• to improve the Website and the quality of our service.

4. Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you confirm by ticking the box in the request form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).

5. Storage, protection and transfer

Data is stored for no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing and for no more than 3 years after the last contact, unless a different period is set by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Operator takes organisational and technical protection measures: access to the data is limited to authorised employees of the Operator and protected by a password.

The Operator does not transfer data to third parties, except as required by law and to technical services involved in processing requests: a service that forwards requests by e-mail (formsubmit.co, USA), the Telegram messenger (request notifications) and — if enabled on the Website — Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. These services may process data outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Cookies and web analytics

If web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) is enabled on the Website, these services use cookies and receive visit data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or block the counters with a browser extension.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to access it, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, send a request to info@velait.kz — the Operator will respond within the period set by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Copies of a request sent to a messenger or by e-mail are deleted by the Operator manually upon your request.

8. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
